Each residential home accommodates ten people and is tastefully designed with all those well-thought-out touches and amenities that make a house a home.

The houses have a spacious entrance foyer, living room, hearth, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, den, bedrooms and baths. Elder assistants put each resident at the center of decision making and assist them with meal planning, cooking, laundry, personal care and other activities.

For a couple of styles, I worked with my Tandus account executive and the product development team to create the perfect custom colors to realize my design,” explains Ms. Carangelo.
